Electrical Systems
We provide energy efficient electrical systems requiring minimum level of maintenance and providing maximum level of safety and energy saving. We design electrical systems using the latest technologies considering specific project requirements along with compliance of all relevant Indian and International codes. Design and detailed engineering of the electrical system for the proposed projects is undertaken and details are worked out as follows:
1. Assessment of basic Load of the proposed project in terms of:
• Connected Load.
• Expected Peak Running Load.
• Expected Average Running Load.
• Expected Jerk Load requirements.
• Critical Load.
• Distribution of Load.
2. Schematic Diagram: On basis of Load Distribution a Master Single Line Diagram (MSLD) is constructed which defines the flow of Electrical Energy from various sources to individual Load Centres and from individual load centres to Individual Loads. MSLD forms the basis on which all design activities are carried out.
3. Sizing of major Electrical Equipment: On basis of assessment of load and the MSLD, Sizing of major electrical equipment like the Transformer, HT Cables and HT Circuit Breaker, Sizing of Back Up Generating Sets etc. are carried out. Sizing is done keeping in mind the existing requirements, future expansion possibilities and economics.
4. Selection of Equipment: After the sizing of the equipment is complete selection of type of equipment required is done based on various Parameters. Transformer selection is done based on Cooling Methods, Winding Details, Tapping Requirements, Losses, Winding Materials etc. HT Cable selection is done based on Constant Current Requirements, Short Circuit Ratings etc. Similarly selection of all major equipment is done based on individual parameters. Selection is done keeping in view Technical Requirements and Economics.
5. Detailed Engineering: After finalizing the above points detailed engineering for the
distribution system is worked out. Detailed Engineering includes:
• Technical Specifications of Power Control Centres, Motor Control Centres,
Lighting Distribution Boards etc.

• Technical Specifications of the Earthing System.
